About Reesie's Project Outreach

Taking Animal Advocacy to a New Level

Reesie's "Project Outreach" is an up and coming grass roots, non-profit organization dedicated to providing assistance and support to animals by helping their human guardians in need.

Our primary mission is to house animal victims of domestic violence. We offer safe and anonymous sanctuary to animal companions of human abuse victims who are desperately seeking transition into a non-violent status through accredited programs such as Fauquier Domestic Violence Services and SAFE (Services to Abused Families).

We are a resource for the American Red Cross in the event of a disaster. We provide temporary housing for pets until home repairs are completed and they are able to move back into their homes with their human family members.

We are also a resource for Hospice and for the terminally ill to take animal companions when the time becomes necessary and/or when there is no family member or friend to take on the role as caregiver once the guardian becomes deceased.
